My experience was awesome! I towed my car to Master's Touch due to engine issues. I drive a Hyundai and they are having problems with the motor seizing up. It ended up being a manufacturer's warranty and I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership. Randy really helped me out!! He was so pleasant and professional! He provided assistance getting my car transferred and worked with my warranty company to ensure a seamless process! I really appreciated his hard work and would definitely recommend Master Touch to anyone! They now have a customer for life! Thanks so much Randy and team!!

I will highly recommend you all that if you want to get your vehicle serviced here "Do it " Randy is honest he does not cut corners or fix something that you really don't need. I took my vehicle in for a vacuum leak his mechanic found it and Randy escorted me to the bay where my vehicle was and showed me the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it which was a really good price. I say this at last this will be my shop from now on.

Went to multiple shops and couldn't get my ac in my truck to work properly. I came back here because we've came here before and they fixed the problem and I haven't had any issues since. I will always come to Masters touch auto and recommend them to anyone in need because they always get the job done at a great price. My Chevy Silverado was experiencing an ac problem and it was going into power saving mode. I took my truck to Bruce lowrie. Which they had my truck for a week only to tell me they could not detect what was wrong with my truck. I was told about Masters Touch. I called and talked to Chris. He told me to bring it in and they would check it out and let me know what the problems were. Within a day Chris called and had both of my problems diagnosed and with my approval fixed and ready to go before the end of the workday. Masters Touch is A Top Notch Auto Repair Shop and Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. You guys have my business from now on. Thanks again????

I talked with Chris, who was both professional and very courteous, and he offered me great advice on some work I was doing on my own with another car of mine. They had the service done within the next day and for a very fair price. I believe this is a trustworthy shop and I will definitely continue doing business with them!

I have had the succinct pleasure of dealing with Randy and Chris and the other associates at The Master's Touch for several years now..and I can say with complete sincerity that frankly no one else will touch my vehicles..yes I have spent a good deal of money with them servicing 2 very old vehicles over the past few years..but that's my choice..I abhore debt.. so of course it goes without saying that if I'm going to spend the money necessary to keep a 20 plus years old vehicle in top condition to have a reliable source of transportation.. I'm going to be very careful with whom I choose to do the required maintenance..and THAT is why I choose The Master's Touch..I KNOW that the work will be done correctly and conscientiously with no surprises that one might encounter at other shops or the STEALERSHIPS.. AND if by chance they find something else that needs to be done..I trust their judgement and understand that they really have my best interests in mind and aren't just trying to sale me on some unnecessary repairs.. THAT buys peace of mind..and you can't beat that!?

My truck has 219,000 miles. It needed some work. Engine light was on. Have been looking for a place I could maybe get the engine changed when it failed. I thought the time may have come. I called the Masters Touch and they actually answered the telephone. Hardly anyone answers a phone these days. We had a great conversation and stopped by that afternoon. I asked them go over the truck completely while they had it. I just needed a few things done to bring my truck to get it back to normal. Did not need an engine. They found things that I had forgot and repaired those items as well. I could go on about the masters touch but I have not received this kind of service for a long time. You need talk them about your car or truck. They will take care of you. They were able to get my repairs done within a couple of days. There were a few repairs that were needed. They were able to get me in and out rather quickly completely rebuilt AC system just in time for Texas summer temperatures! It's so hard to find an honest and competent mechanic. We tried many different mechanics for a long time. When we took one of our cars to Masters Touch a few years ago, we were delighted and we haven't gone anywhere else since then. I like that they provide experienced advice about replacement parts that might be worth upgrading for longevity / performance reasons. But they also advised and provided me less expensive options when the parts are unnecessarily over-priced. I am very happy with the service I get from them.

Let me start by saying I don't trust mechanic shops easily. My dad has been a mechanic for over 40 years, so I've picked up some knowledge over the years of holding the flashlight lol. Unfortunately he lives 2 hours away, so when my Toyota Camry was vibrating at low speeds he recommended I bring it here. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about The Master's Touch. I have used them for everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission. They were referred to me about 12 years ago and I have been using them ever since. From a 2006 Nissan Quest that they kept running longer than it should have to resurrecting a 1988 Jeep Wrangler that sat for a few years, Randy (owner) and Matthew (mechanic extraordinaire) have been wonderful to me and my vehicles. Randy tells you up front that he only uses quality parts which might increase the cost a bit but his honesty and integrity and quality of their work are always worth it. I won't go anywhere else. Also, Chris, the guy who answers the phone - love him too!!!! (The attached photo was from a new car that I bought - they didn't need to service it but I still wanted their approval?)

We recently purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue with low mileage. It came with several problems, but the biggest ones were it wouldn't stay running and all parts are obsolete. After trying to get the vehicle running ourselves, I researched Saturn repair shops online and found "The Master's Touch Professional Auto Repair" in Fort Worth. Randy Wood, the manager, and his office assistant, Chris, helped us out with getting our vehicle finally operating correctly. The shop found a rebuilt BCM unit (body control module) that it needed (and we couldn't find the unit online ourselves) - which is also an obsolete part, and they installed it and reprogrammed it to work in our vehicle. However, it was a rebuilt / used item, and it failed within about two weeks. No problem, we had it towed back in to the shop by our insurance company, and Randy got right on it diagnosing the problem. He found the BCM unit was not working. He contacted the company who he bought it from originally, and they refunded the purchase. Then he contacted another rebuilder and bought another BCM rebuilt unit. The second unit was installed and reprogrammed to work in our vehicle. All the work was done under warranty. Mr. Wood even had to pay a programmer 3x to reprogram the two BCM modules he had purchased for our vehicle, but we were only charged 1x for it - the first time it was done. We also had him do a general inspection of this vehicle after we mentioned the brakes squealed and so did the power steering when turning the steering wheel. He said we had brakes, but they were cheap, and the power steering unit was leaking oil. We had his shop replace the brakes and again he had to find a good used power steering unit since like we said - all parts are obsolete. His shop was professional and informative. Mr. Wood called us personally and kept us up-to-date on all repairs and new issues. We own Ramsey's Rods and Restoration for the last 31 years in Fort Worth, and we usually handle our own personal vehicles in our shop. However, this vehicle was too new to be in our shop, and with obsolete parts I need to find another good automotive repair shop. All I can say at this point in my review is that I told Randy Wood when I walked out his door, now I know a reputable, ethical and professional auto repair shop for all my other current model needs.
